System Requirements for PIPE-FLO® Advantage 17.x

Recommended System Requirements

  • Microsoft Windows 10® Professional or later (64 bit versions).
  • 2GB of System RAM
  • 1920x1080 or higher screen resolution
  • CD or DVD Drive, or an internet connection
  • Microsoft Excel® 2013 or later (for use with PIPE-FLO® Professional DataLink)
  • Windows-compatible printer or plotter
  • USB License Key or a network site license file
  • TCP/UDP Port 1947 must be open on the client and server for Enterprise versions

Minimum System Requirements

  • Microsoft Windows 8® Professional (64 bit versions).
  • 200 MB of available disk space
  • 1GB of System RAM
  • 1366x768 screen resolution
  • CD or DVD Drive, or an internet connection
  • USB License Key or a network site license file
  • TCP/UDP Port 1947 must be open

Server System Requirements - Sentinel LDK (PIPE-FLO® Enterprise version):

  • Windows  8.1 and 10
  • Windows server 2008R2, Windows server 2012 and 2016
  • Windows server 2012 R2 (with Sentinel License Manager version 16 or higher) 
  • Windows server 2016 R2 (with Sentinel License Manager version 20 or higher)
  • Standard system requirements for the operating system are sufficient to run the license management software

Additional Information: 

Mac Computers. Engineered Software, Inc. products can be run with 3rd party emulation/virtual machine software that would create a supported Windows environment, user will need to have USB support for standalone versions and networking support for the enterprise version. User would also need a licensed copy of Microsoft Windows for use with the virtual machine software. Such virtual environments would be supported by the virtual machine emulator vendor not ESI.

Windows 7 Engineered Software, Inc. does not recommend use with Windows 7, Microsoft support for Windows 7 will end on January 14, 2020. Engineered Software will end support concurrently.

Terminal Server. PIPE-FLO® Advantage version 17 will not work on a virtual machine or terminal server that requires remote access to use.
