Network License Upgrade and Reactivation Policy
Effective October 25, 2017, Engineered Software, Inc. has updated their Network/Enterprise Licensing Policy.
Current TechNet support users, will be automatically assigned the latest version of PIPE-FLO® Professional (all seats). If a customer is not current on TechNet support, all seats will be assigned to the latest version they are currently on. Considering this, before applying any licensing files, be sure all end-users/clients have had their software upgraded to the latest version they’re eligible for per account contract to limit downtime. For example, if a license is upgraded to PIPE-FLO® Professional V16 on the server, and an end-user is still on V15 software, the end-user will not be able to access PIPE-FLO® until the V16 software is downloaded to their machine.
Customers can request seats to be assigned to older versions by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. Option is valid for one year only. If a customer wants a combination of licenses, Engineered Software, Inc. will accommodate for 1 year. After 1 year, all seats must be on the latest eligible version upon reactivation.
