When trying to print to a PDF file, the user receives an error message or the file fails to print.
This article applies to Windows XP and Windows 2000 Professional. For Windows Vista, please refer to Article Number 179.
This issue is caused by the PDF printer driver not being installed correctly. The installation program for "PDF-XChange 3.0" is available for download here:
Please download and execute this file. This will manually re-install the PDF printer driver and correct the issue.
