In order for network license clients (computers running PIPE-FLO or other applications using a network license) to work properly, they need to communicate over the network with the network license server (the computer running the SafeNet Sentinel license server software).
If the license server machine is protected by a firewall, this firewall must be configured to allow access to the specific communication ports used by the SafeNet software. During the installation of the license server software, you should be prompted to permit this access.
Either during the installation of the license server software, or afterward via your firewall's configuration tool, you must configure the firewall to allow access to UDP port numbers 5093, 5094, and 5099.
