The PDF printer driver shipped with the following applications is not compatible with the Windows Vista or Windows 7 operating systems:

• Flow of Fluids 2007 or older
• PIPE-FLO Professional 2007 or older
• PIPE-FLO Compressible 2005 or older
• PIPE-FLO Stock 2005 or older
• PUMP-FLO 9 or older

The PIPE-FLO Professional 2007a maintenance release as well as PIPE-FLO Compressible 2007 and PIPE-FLO Stock 2007 already contain a Vista/7-compatible driver. To obtain the latest maintenance releases follow this link: http://www.eng-software.com/update.

For the PDF printing functions in the applications listed above to work correctly under Windows Vista/Windows 7, a newer PDF printer driver (http://eng-software.com/tempfiles/kbfiles/179/pdfx3sa_sm.exe) must be installed.

1. Download the installer file listed above and save it to disk on your computer
2. Double-click the downloaded file to run the setup program
3. Accept all defaults during the installation

This will resolve the issue of being unable to print to PDF files under Windows Vista and Windows 7.
