The PDF printer driver shipped with the following products is not compatible with the Windows Vista or Windows 7 operating systems:

• Flow of Fluids 2007 or older
• PIPE-FLO Professional 2007 or older
• PIPE-FLO Compressible 2005 or older
• PIPE-FLO Stock 2005 or older
• PUMP-FLO 9 or older

If you have the PIPE-FLO Professional or Flow of Fluids 2007a maintenance release you already have a Windows Vista/Windows 7 PDF driver. To obtain the 2007a  maintenance release for your product click this link and browse to your products update: http://www.eng-software.com/update.

If you have the 2009 versions or later of PIPE-FLO or Flow of Fluids then your software contains the PDF driver needed for Windows Vista and Windows 7. 
If you have PUMP-FLO version 10.x or higher then you software contains the PDF driver needed for Windows Vista and Windows 7.

For the earlier versions of PIPE-FLO, Flow of Fluids and PUMP-FLO click the link to download the driver needed for your version of Windows. Click to download PDF driver  then follow the steps below to install it.

1. Double-click the downloaded file to run the setup program
2. Accept all defaults during the installation

This will resolve the issue of being unable to print to PDF files under Windows Vista and Windows 7.
