- In the Windows Control Panel, go to Regional and Language Options.
- Select the Languages tab.
- Click on the Details button.
- Add the English (United States) option to the Installed Services.
- Click on the Language Bar button.
- Check "Show the Language bar on the desktop" and "Show additional Language bar icons in the taskbar".
An icon indicating which language the system is operating in should now be shown on your taskbar. If you click on it, you should be able to change the regional settings easily to English. It is recommended that when importing/exporting within Excel, this setting is set to English (United States).
- You will need to use whatever List Separator that is defined in your regional settings. The correct List Separator will be used when creating lists using the PIPE-FLO macro commands, you will need to follow this same convention if you manually type in the commands. In other words, if your list separator is a semi-colon, you will need to write your query code as =pfeQuery("CW-Tank";"design.name") Note the semi-colon between the tank name and function code.
- With some international Excel versions, the PIPE-FLO XLink Macro buttons on the toolbar do not appear as expected. They are in the same order, but are identical. We are working to identify and resolve this issue.
