Problem: Code 19 Failed to add license

Cause: This error will occurs when the license file is newer than the license server software.

Solution:  Update your license server software to the current version. Please refer to your NETWORK.PDF file accessible through your copy of media install files, see section "Configure the License Server." You can also access the same information on our Knowledge Base, Article Number 337.
