PIPE-FLO, Flow of Fluids and Network PUMP-FLO
Code -1
The version of the license that was found is lower than the version of the program trying to
run. (Example: it's an older license)
Solution: Update the license on license server to match the version of the program being run.
Code -2
Multiple versions of the license are running on the license server.
Solution:
Follow the steps in the network.pdf document to remove older licenses from the license server.
Code 4 Attempts to obtain a license have failed
Common causes: On a new install (standalone version only) the key driver did not install correctly.
On network (enterprise) Client is not able to communicate with the license server to obtain a license.
Solution- new installations: Key driver needs to be installed manually by installing from the key drivers folder located on the
CD or downloaded media. The latest version of the driver can also be obtained from our knowledge base.
Solution-Enterprise: On network (enterprise) check that the license server is running and the LicenseSvr= value in the default.cfg (default.cfg located in the Engineered Software\PIPE-FLO or PUMP-FLO folder) is pointing to the IP address of the license server.
Code 10 No matching feature installed
Solution: Use WLMADMIN to verify proper license is installed to
the license server
Code 18 No such feature recognized by server
Software is looking for a license that is not present on the license server.
Solution: Re-add license to server using WLMADMIN selecting the "to server and its file" option.
Code 19 Failed to add license
This error will occurs when the Sentinel RMS license manager is an older version than what the license was created for.
Solution: Upgrade the Sentinel RMS to the version needed for the version of the software.
