Microsoft® has a feature within Windows under Accessibility Options called "StickyKeys" that provides the ability to change the Shift key to a toggle. This removes the need to press both the shift key and another key simultaneously. Users may inadvertantly turn on this feature by pressing and holding the shift key for an extended period of time. If StickyKeys is turned on, PIPE-FLO will not recognize the values entered in columns since they are being entered as their "shifted" values. Example: if StickyKeys was on and the user wants to enter tank penetration data of 3 feet, when they type 3 in the cell, since Shift is enacted, a # sign is entered which is an invalid value so PIPE-FLO does not accept it. It appears to the user as if PIPE-FLO will not allow you to enter any data in that field.
To turn off StickyKeys, go to your Windows Control Panel and select Accessibility Options. On the Keyboard tab, ensure that the "Use StickyKeys" box is unchecked. Select the Settings button for StickyKeys and uncheck the Use Shortcut box.
